Error on testing ubiquity

This is a harmless information message from 'tail' when the test does 
its cleanup.

The error is line 539 of your pastebin:
/var/local/autopilot//logs//autopilot.log: ValueError: No treeview 
visible with globalRect Rectangle(211, 258, 137, 263)
