Social Media Links on The Wiki Area

Hi,

I have noticed a duplication for the Social Media Link on the QA Wiki Area
so I have updated these pages:

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/QATeam/Contact

No need to duplicate the links :)

Also, the links were not that nice but now, I added some nice icons :)
