UDS QA Blueprint idea

I like that blueprint. Follows a similar pattern to the iso testcases.
Tester subcribe to a number of applications and new features testing those
daily or when the call is made for a test.

Until the tests results satisfies the tester should the apps be marked as
"stable" or "released".
