Hi Jun Ma,

congratulations on becoming adopted, I still remember when Lubuntu got its
adoption (I'm a Lubunteer :) ).

As with all other releases (except 'main ubuntu'), I will be providing a
mirror site [1]. The 13.04 section will start to be populated once all the
Beta 1 iso's from the teams who are participating are finalised.
