[Lubuntu-qa] Testdrive hackfest.

Hey Jackson,

Great you are having this test done in august. Allows enough time for
everyone interested in attending to clear time from their busy schedule.

I am free on Sundays. Anytime will do. Hangouts or irc will do fine.
