[Ubuntu-laptop-testing] Touch panel testing

Hi Lee,

I've forwarded this to Lubuntu Quality team also. I'll have a chat with
Nicholas, but my immediate guess is that someone like yourself is going to
have to give a lot of input on writing any tests as I don't know of others
with access to touch screen on the testing side.
