Unusability of bluetooth is one of the worst plagues in Ubuntu

But what we also need to note is that the "Bluetooth" bugs have different "levels" of dev experience needed to fix.

For new Bluetooth hardware, Linux drivers might not exist, or be obsolete.  A kernel dev might need to go in and either fix existing open source drivers, or have to wait for the manufacturer to release Linux drivers, or for the community to make open source ones.

I don't think Bluetooth on its own is papercuts-worthy.  The software that uses Bluetooth drivers and cards might be, but not the lack of hardware drivers and similar issues.
