LubuntuQA Printer not detected bug#1133794

Hi,

clean 13,04 install:

root at piglet:~# ps -ef | grep cups
root      1158     1  0 Apr28 ?        00:00:00 /usr/sbin/cupsd -F
root      1167     1  0 Apr28 ?        00:00:00 /usr/sbin/cups-browsed

and then:

root at piglet:~# service cups restart
cups stop/waiting
cups start/running, process 6863
root at piglet:~# ps -ef | grep cups
root      1167     1  0 Apr28 ?        00:00:00 /usr/sbin/cups-browsed
root      6863     1  0 23:09 ?        00:00:00 /usr/sbin/cupsd -F

Anyone noticed it was already running?

root at piglet:~# uname -a
Linux piglet 3.8.0-19-generic #29-Ubuntu SMP Wed Apr 17 18:16:28 UTC 2013
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
