Firefox and google-chrome

Firefox and chrome will not be installed the simple way as was done in
12.10. I read  in a report that google-chrome requires a dependency
libudev0 that is not included in the raring repos. You will have to install
it using a PPA.

Also, the firefox installer for kubuntu is none-functional. After serverl
attempts, the muon-installer(muon software center) continues to crash. Will
need to test installing firefox via source code.
