Reboot Suspended

This is exciting, I raised one as: 'VM does not reboot after 12.10 install
completes'

A bit of consolidation may be needed. Although I raised it separately
against the Oracle VirtualBox 4.2.0 Beta thinking it less important than
those raised against the repo-supported versions... until it comes out of
Beta I suppose...
