UX Specialist Offering Help

I'm a user experience specialist who would like to contribute something to
the Kubuntu effort. I couldn't find any mention of usability in the list of
mailing lists, but QA sometimes is taken to be a usability cousin. Can
anyone point me to the appropriate contact to explore helping with the
usability of future releases? Thanks.
