Meeting Time Poll

Ok, the results are in and have been discussed by astraljava and myself
during today's meeting. Here they are (note is is confusing because the
small numbers by the times show the people who CAN'T attend @ that time
instead of those that can). If you mouse over a time it gives you the
proper details.

>From this I picked a time from each day that had a high number of people
who could meet at that time and created one last poll to "choose" the
best time to meet. All the times are in UTC. I would like us to close
the poll this week and choose and announce the new time for our next
meeting next week. I realize this may be a little hectic if Monday is
chosen, but I'd like to transition sooner rather than drag this out :-)

As always, speak up if you have ideas or thoughts about cycling
times/formats, etc. I want everyone to be able to attend of course, but
also find the meetings useful and productive. Feedback is always
welcomed. Thanks everyone,

Nicholas
