Ubuntu QA Community Roundtable

Today some representatives from the flavors and other QA teams met 
together for the a community roundtable. The goal was to help foster 
communication about best practices and collaboration between teams. 
Attached is the log, which you may find useful to read if you were 
unable to participate.

UTAH was covered, as well as some of the tracker changes from an admin 
perspective.
