Classroom sessions.
Whatever you do, the most important thing is making expectations clear
so people aren't disappointed. I'd suggest that bandwidth and hardware
requirements (either hardware to install on or a system nice enough to
do virutalization installs) be included in the prerequisites. If it
would be appropriate for people to participate and just learn the
process but not actually do the tests during the session that's worth
mentioning too.
