Hey Phill,

completely different thing! I don't want to be talking about iso tracker
and ubuntu-bug... I'd like to talk rather about how to approach the bug
raising issue, how to follow up bugs, what information to add to the
bugs, what things to try before moving to something else.

Nick, maybe we should share the slot or have an hour and go through
everything?
