Hi Gema,

one of the "wonderful" things about any area is that you will have people
ask technical questions. Rather than scream "RTFM", giving them the links
to where and how to get the information, as opposed to using it as support
area is also a subtle, but important difference :)

"What, there is actually a QA team?" was a highly scored answer to a recent
survey, along with  the FB area which I set up to give QA a presence,
Nicholas has set up a G+ page.
