The biggest challenge I had the last time I did one of these was
answering the "what do I file this bug against?" question (indeed, I
still struggle with it on my own) so if there could be people on IRC
available as well to answer these questions throughout the weekend it
would be great (the current plan is having people join #ubuntu-bugs
and #xubuntu-devel, so hopefully between the two we'll be able to find
answers).

In the long run, I totally think we should do this :) I'll coordinate
