wubi i386 stalls during installation

yep, i'm doing all the wubi testing on real hardware with the wubi.exe. might take a while to file a bug report, can't find any of the logs, working with a user account in windows is such a pain. somebody should tell microsoft about 'sudo' ;)

meanwhile consider the wubi i386 broken!
