I have Ubuntu 10.10 on my machine with Virtual Box. I opened Virtual
Box and loaded Windows XP (it will work for flavers of Windows). Now
when I need a program in Windows, I click on the VB and Windows loads.
No problems so far. When I shut down Windows, it takes me right back to
the Ubuntu screen.

Hope this helps.
