Suspend/Resume Testcases

One of the blueprints I've been working on for Lucid is creating a set
of tests in Checkbox for Suspend/Resume testing.  Many of the tests are
automated, however some require human intervention (swapping devices,
observing video playback, etc).  The current set of tests covers several
categories, including:
 * Memory
 * Network
 * Graphics
 * HID
 * cpufreq
 * usb
 * Media playback
 * SD
 * Wireless soft switch
 * Keyboard settings

These were the tests that were useful in my current test environment,
and testable there.  However, there were also several other potential
test targets discussed at UDS that might be interesting to others, and
that others may have an environment that facilitates creation of tests
for them.  If anyone is interested in taking a look, I welcome any
feedback on what's already been done, as well as expansion of the tests
that are already there.
