Call For Testing: Hardy Firefox users (or willing to install Hardy in a KVM)

Hello all,

Following up this call for testing, we have now uploaded the langpacks
to the same PPA.

We encourage everyone to test Firefox in their own local and give us
feedback in the same tracker (we have added a "Translations" testcase).

Langpacks could eventually break Firefox, so it is very important to
test this carefully.
