When doing ISO testing, the tracker administrators can also send an
e-mail to everyone who once contributed a test result by using the
appropriate function of the web interface. That lets you contact people
who contributed but didn't subscribed to test cases.

Just be careful to not use the option to contact "everyone" as that'll
contact all of the QA users + Brainstorm users (as we used to share the
user database).

Maybe at times where we really need tests, it may be something to
consider as well.
