Call for Testing mails

Hello all,

During last Ubuntu QA IRC meeting, we discussed about the "Call for
Testing" mails that we send whenever we need help from testers.

Normally we send these call for testing mails to the ubuntu-qa team
mailing list and the ubuntu-dev, if case we need more people.

During the meeting we decided that we are going to ask members of the
Testing Team [1] directly through the "Contact this team's members" link
in Launchpad.

This is already warned in the team's description:

    "Members of the team may be directly asked for help when we are
     looking for testers."

To summarize, whenever you are sending a call for testing, apart from
using the mailing list, please, use the "Contact this team's members"
link in Launchpad to reach as many testers as possible.
