Problem with accounts on brainstorm.ubuntu.com/qa.ubuntu.com

I have messed up my accounts on brainstorm.ubuntu.com and
qa.ubuntu.com. As far as I understad they should be the same, but I
can not use my login from brainstorm.ubuntu.com on qa.ubuntu.com... Is
there anyway to correct this?

My brainstorm.ubuntu.com account is: user herman82 with userid 29612
and I would like to use this on qa also.
