GSstreamer extra plugins for mp3 and video -Edubuntu 7.10

Dear All,
I successfully installed my edubuntu 7.10. but am having a problem with downloading codecs for mp3 and video.

when i try to connect and download, is there any website where i can just download and run them directly through the setup without command prompt?

or if there is any other means, somebody help...
