regression-release triaging

Hi,

In a recent release meeting, Colin Watson of the Foundations team asked
for easily cherry-pickable bugs that would be obvious improvements for
our users. One suggestion as a possible source of such bugs put forth
was the open bugs tagged regression-release, as they were likely
identified as regressions that occurred in the intrepid cycle but didn't
get fixed.

However, looking over the lists of bugs tagged with regression-release
at http://qa.ubuntu.com/reports/regression/regression_tracker.html , a
number of them need some triage effort. It would be great if people could
spend a bit of time triaging these bugs, and help identify relatively
easy fixes that developers could make. Thanks!
