Handling SRU testcases in launchpad

Cool idea. How would that field then be displayed? Inline with the bug
description? Would it be editable? It's fairly common, for Universe SRUs
anyway, for the MOTU SRU team or SRU preparer to clarify or tweak the test
case as it enters -proposed.
