application to Ubuntu QA team

Hi Jordan,

Thanks for your email in response to my join request.  After reading
your description of the team, perhaps I'm not ready to join just yet.
I contribute to Ubuntu QA in a variety of ways, but would still
consider myself a "beginner" to QA.  I'm just getting started on
learning how to triage bugs and fix up packages.

Perhaps once I learn more and have some experience under my belt, I'll
apply again.  Good luck to you and the new QA team.
