Verifying bug fixes

With the upcoming testing of Alpha 4, I wanted to remind everyone of the
'fix-to-verify' bug tag[0] which is used for bugs that are in a status
of "Fix Released" and that we should confirm are really fixed when
testing isos. I have only tagged a couple of bugs so feel free to tag
more. One way to find bugs needing verification is to search for
the 'iso-testing' tag[1].
