Usability features on Ubuntu Brainstorm

Dear Ubuntu-QA list

Matt Zimmerman recently asked for new suggestions on how usability in
Ubuntu can be improved[1]. I commented[2] and suggested that Ubuntu
Brainstorm[3] should perhaps gain a usability category, to make it
easier to find usability suggestions made by the Ubuntu community.

Could a usability category be added? Or is there a reason why it shouldn't?
