Mini Hug Day for network-manager on November 28th

On November 28th, Pedro, Leann and I will be taking a look at bug
reports regarding network-manager.  network-manager is the package
that manages your wired and wireless network connections.  We seem to
have a fair number of bug reports about it and we thought it could use
some cleanup.

Alexander Sack has written some debugging documentation[0] about
network-manager and gathering detailed information for those bugs.
Additionally, I have created a list of bugs[1] that we can focus on.
Feel free to join us in #ubuntu-bugs as we start triaging and cleaning
up the network-manager bug reports.
