Hello,
1) Chromium browser (in 13.04) comes from the Universe-repository.
$* apt-cache  show chromium-browser*
Package: chromium-browser
Section: universe/web

2) Please start software-properties-gtk and activate the Universe and
"Canonical Partners" repositories.
$ *software-properties-gtk*

Then update your package index.
$ *sudo apt-get update  *

Then
$ sudo apt-get install *chromium-browser*

3) You can also dwwnload Chromium and Chrome-browsers from
http://www.chromium.org/ and http://www.google.com/chrome
