Hello,
I would like to come and show how I use banda larga modem (3G-pen) in
Ubuntu 12.04.
My modem is ZTE MF 190J and it does not (yet) work out-of-the-box but it
works well if I use the gnome-ppp command directly (totally outside the
network manager and its menu).

How does other people use 3G-modems in Portugal?
Someone told me to switch to Huawei-based 3G-modem because it works well
with the network/modem manager in Ubuntu. I do not know. I am happy with
gnome-ppp.
