At november 18th there'll be an Ubuntu meeting in Lisboa, yes?

Here's Jelena's friend from Eindhoven, The Netherlands.  I am  a volunteer for
the Debian project, at https://launchpad.net/~joostvb/+related-software you can
find out what I do for Ubuntu :)

I plan to attend the Ubuntu-PT meeting in Lisboa at thursday november 18th.
(That'll be 18h30 às 20h (3ª quinta-feira do mês) Local: Sala de reuniões da
Intraneia – Av. da Liberdade, 229, 2º andar (ao pé da R. Alexandre Herculano),
won't it?)  Do you do PGP keysigning at such meetings?  I'm interested that.

Are any of the people regularly attending these meetings present at the
#ubuntu-pt / FreeNode IRC chat channel?
