Se quiseres adiciona a linha seguinte ao ficheiro, apesar de por omissão 
o unattended-upgrades não fazer reboot à máquina:

Unattended-Upgrade::Automatic-Reboot "false";

Os reboots devem ser causados por outra coisa qualquer...
