Boa Tarde Companheiros!

Pela primeira vez venho pedir ajuda ,embora já faça parte da lista algum
tempo.
necessito de ajuda para poder entrar nas actualizações uma vez que quando
abro a Synaptic dá-me o seguinte erro:
 dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to
correct the problem.

Como sou um mero curioso em Ubuntu ,e este é o um  erro que não sei resolver
peço ajuda urgente.
Já fiz  sudo dpkg --configure -a  e deu isto:

E o que tenho de fazer?
