Power User Leadership

The Ubuntu Power User has been slowly been dying for the last few months. This is totally my fault, in not being giving this group the time and effort it need when it was first growing. I would first like to apologize to the group for letting this happen and second I would like to suggest the group that they select some better leadership. 

As from what I have seen I think James Gifford would be the perfect person to lead this group. He has the excitement for this project with the knowledge of Ubuntu development to help Ubuntu Power Users grow and let the group make some great contributions to Ubuntu.
