Trying not to offend people? Listen and discuss what they have to
complain about in the open.

Sometimes trying to move a community's culture forwards is a really hard
job, especially when every member of the group can't understand why
there are any concerns at all. Having consideration isn't a bad thing in
and of itself.

If you wish to make a complaint, please do so and please don't be
passive aggressive about it. We're all here to get Ubuntu out there,
we're all on the same team, no need for snark.
