[Bug 391619] [NEW] missing translations in KDE for Polish

I installed Polish language support in Kubuntu 9.04 (+kde-l10n-pl
package), but many things are still left in English. I used Arch Linux
before and KDE 4 was fully translated. What's wrong? The same situation
was with Kubuntu 8.10 while still no problems in Arch... Shouldn't this
be as simple as using localization files from KDE project? I'm attaching
screen-shot from Ktorrent which is half in English... Currently I have
KDE 4.2.4 installed, but situation is the same with 4.2.2 which is
officially supported.
