i guess all certifications are closed in pakistan due to our own
mischevious behaviour ( using dumps and stealing identities )
no if you are more of a _practicle_ guy not a certification guy then
you should try to hack stuff your self ... try reading books there are
rhce and LPI books available ... certification is only for HR of some
department ... what is needed is your practicale work and versitality
... so man my Honest opinion to you is that you start diggin in with
books and start reading ... certifications are banned today but wont
be for long ... dont worry  .. what matters is that you are "Cheeta"
of your work

Linux *is* user friendly. It's just selective about who its friends are.
