Not all help is charged. You should seriously bookmark MSDN, its a
great resource, even if you are not a developer. Information there
can be use by linux fans too; after all, we must interoperate with
Windows and spread the love.

Yes, I'm sure late nights in front of the glow of your screen
scribbling frantic notes on bash, sed and awk will help with your
Window ME problem ;)
