Regarding translation, maybe we can go for a lightweight Ubuntu distro
were it has lesser task to translate like Xubuntu or Lubuntu then we
will just add what packages are lacking the ubuntu lighweight distro.
Then we will just remaster or customize the distro like this in

Then for the web browser will customize the browser where the
Bookmarks/Favorites are already preconfigured with websites that are
useful to Filipinos like:
For Weather, weather is very important to Filipinos:

Cooking website and farming website are useful too because many

on the browser

For more advocacy, we can give Ubuntu CDs to TESDA because TESDA has
computer training classes. To computer colleges and universities, like
STI, AMA
So share more Ubuntu CDs and campaign more
