clarification lang for feliciano.  he is using 9.10, so the upgrade to
12.04 is not supported. He may instead opt for 10.04, then test his
apps. if that works fine, he may try testing his app on 12.04.  if his
app fails on pangolin, he may stay on 10.04 wc is fine.  lucid is very
stable and much tested, w support lasting up to 2015.
just a thought (not that i want to discourage him to use 12.04 :-)  ..
