I am in Canada and is so expensive to buy XP Pro...When I was in the Philippines I used ubuntu 8.10 and I still have my live CD with me.? I wanted to install ubuntu 8.10 and was worried I cannot communicate in the Philippines anymore with video chat.

Hello James,

Try Skype on Ubuntu first. There's a native version. Another easy fix
