DEADLINE OF APPLICATION:  15 November 2008

Please ensure that you have registered online at the LPI website
(https://www.lpi.org/caf/Xamman/register) for your LPI ID.  You will
need to write and remember this number in order to take the exam.
Registration for LPI ID is free.

Participants need to bring a valid photo-ID (passport, driver's
license, GSIS card), pencils and an eraser to the exam and should come
thirty minutes before the scheduled time.

The activity will be conducted by an LPI-authorized proctor and all
examinees will be subject to LPI guidelines and regulations on taking
examinations.

The exams can be taken at no particular order as long as there will no
overlap in the schedules.  However, applicable LPIC Certification from
LPI will be earned only upon passing of BOTH exams under each
certification level (LPIC-1 or LPIC-2).

Examinees will be notified with the results directly by LPI
approximately 30-45 calendar days after the date of the examiantions.

DATE OF EXAMINATIONS:  1 December 2008 (Monday)

LPI 101/201:  8:30AM - 10:00AM
LPI 102/202:  10:30AM - 12:00NN

IMPORTANT:

Examination fees will be charged at a minimum to cover for materials and
administrative costs.

*EXAM FEE:  Php 3,000.00*

A NON-REFUNDABLE Reservation Fee of Php 1,000.00 PER EXAM is required.

This amount will be deducted from the total cost per exam applied for.

Only CASH payments will be accepted for the reservation fee and remaining
balance.
Check payments are NOT accepted.

Reservation should be paid ON or BEFORE 15 November 2008 (Saturday) via
WESTERN UNION branch at:
