[Ubuntu-PH] Looking for Homebased RoR Programmers..

I am assisting a friend who is looking for Filipino Ruby on Rails home-based
developers.  Mindanao residents especially if you are in Zamboanga would be
a plus (since they are planning to put a web-dev office here soon)

These are the requirements they need:

1. a healthy aptitude for learning new technologies
2. good communication skills
3. prior rails or web development on any platform experience a bonus, but
not a must.
