+1. Our site would be much much secure and we'll say goodbye to 404's and
401's.

Well, they have the scripts that we need.

If I'm not mistaken, they will automatically update the scripts for us (e.g.
to Drupal 6) and we'll have ftp access (themes mostly) so my main concern is:
*Will they grant us SSH access?*
If they won't, then would they configure/update both Planet and MoinMoin
config files for us? And would the request be via RT (which does take a
while - took two weeks last time I had an issue)?
