[Ubuntu-PH] Forum Voting Deadline

I would just like to inform everyone concerned that we've set the deadline for 
voting on Monday Oct. 24, 2007. If there's no other -1 votes, we'll process 
the movement of forum by Tuesday. So far, we've got 11-3 votes in favor of 
the movement.
