[Ubuntu-PH] Cebu to host open source conference in 2008

Finally, an open source conference close to home :) I wonder what big 
names are going to be featured in the conference? I hope someone from 
Google drops by to do a talk. Better yet, maybe one of those Yahoo 
Architects  might drop by. Cool!
