[Ubuntu-PH] "Powered by Ubuntu" stickers

I'm a graphic artist, so it is easy for me to do the drawing. To create 
the real sticker involves cost, a printing press can easily do the job, 
but we have to pay. I think canonical would give us permission to use 
their logos.
